The aim of the Portland Stoke Support Group is to support stroke survivors, as
well as family members and carers of those affected by stroke.
We are seeking stroke survivors, their carers and family members to meet
regularly to share activities and outings and for members to share their
experiences of life after stroke on a peer-to-peer basis.
We welcome new members and value their contribution to the group.
