We are a very supportive and caring group. Sharing and
helping one another along the road of recovery for both
stroke survivors and carers. The group provides much
more than just a meeting place, you will have contact
phone numbers of other group members available to have
a chat when you need.
The group opened on 6th June, 2007. We have guest
speakers who specialize in many areas of stroke recovery
from speech pathologists, dietitians and alternative
treatments, dine out together, plan outings as a group,
and as members of SAV we attend the SAV Respite Weekend.
