Hazy is the new coordinator of the Stroke Association of Victoria’s Newport Stroke Support Centre, operating out of the Newport Community Education Centre. Hazy is developing relationships with local health professionals and stroke survivors to help guide the Centre into the future, whilst furthering his nursing qualifications.
Hazy’s professional background ranges from hospitality and event management, to nursing and business administration. Prior to joining the team as a coordinator Hazy spent 2 years volunteering with the Barwon Stroke Support Centre, and represented SAV by receiving an award as a Volunteer Ambassador for his contribution to the team and dedication to stroke support.
Hazy enjoys binge watching Netflix, going for walks, cooking/eating good food, learning new skills and spending time with his family.
