I’m intrigued by the way technology transforms our world and I’m motivated to address the security challenges that emerge.

Technology holds the potential to tackle humanity’s most critical concerns. However, as dependence on technology increases, so does vulnerability, which can be exploited by a range of adversaries. This can potentially undermine trust in our digital economy.

I am dedicated to assisting organizations in overcoming cybersecurity challenges, protecting investments, and formulating strategies that build resilient and trusted brands.

Recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in resolving security issues, I am steadfast in my commitment to fostering a world where individuals are defined by their actions, not by race, gender, or origin. As a father of three daughters, this cause is particularly close to my heart.

With over 28 years of experience, I have guided organizations toward their security objectives through the design, implementation, and management of various information security and technology risk management projects. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the interplay between security, strategy, risk, and business.

During my 14-year tenure in Asia, I developed a growing interest in the role of cyberspace in geopolitics and military policy. This curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s in Cybersecurity, Strategy, and Diplomacy from the University of New South Wales at the Australian Defence Force Academy (UNSW Canberra).

My portfolio also includes a variety of industry certifications (TOGAF, CCSP, CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC, ITIL) accumulated through years of immersion in cybersecurity. Moreover, I am an engaged member of cybersecurity interest groups in the region.
